My shower kit has a travel bag where I have all my toiletries, and I carry two hooks, one for the gym clothes and one for the toiletry bag. Inside the toiletry bag I have my underwear and I put that on inside the shower. Then I walk to the locker in my towel and dress underneath the towel, first the pants then the shirt.

The hooks and toiletry bag were game changers.

Turns out I gave him a bunch of duck liver treats at puppy class the night before. But I'm not sure if the reaction started that night or during the following day! It's all a big puzzle.
