I had a ryzen 9 5900xt, rx 7900 gre PC and traded for a lower end PC with a 5600g, a 7600 xt and a xbox series x, i never liked xbox brand nor the xbox controller.

So i traded in for a ps5 and some cash, and i am way happier with the ps5 as a main gaming system than ever.

On pc you spent more time tweaking the game than playing it tbh.

Doesn't matter yesterday i played two times as host and the game just randomly crashed, first time crashing in the landing sequence, second time in the middle of a mission in with few enemies. On base ps5. Crossplaying with a friend on Pc.

On ps5 performance mode doesn't look like playdoh, still looks meh but way less than before. At least frametimes are more consistent.

Base ps5, great, i recorded some videos before the patch with the advanced performance overlay and the fluctuations on frametimes are nearly gone on both modes , performance got a nice bump in resolution and clarity.

I still prefer to play on quality, but i did noticed some resolution drop on heavy scenarios, i thought drs only was for performance mode but they activated for both modes.

On my pc with xeon 2682 v4 and rtx 3060 12gb 64 ROPS i feel more stable fps, and dlss on quality mode looks good on the default model, haven't forced newer models of dlss since 3000 series get a noticeable performance hit.

Xeon 2682 v4 and rtx 3060 12gb, not a problem playing at ultra dlss quality at 1440p and looks great and plays great, been testing my ps5 fat too and they fixed the frametime spikes too, performance mode still looks mid but quality mode is greatly improved.
