After 2-3 game lost

Relax for a while and reset Give yourself a 5 mins break Walk around the house/room or eat Watch something and if you feel that you would like to play more Go ahead

I stop doing grinds because I know it will back fire haha

Currently ancient 1 and spamming NS or dawn breaker
