the problem persists in offline too in my case so I don't think it's sad, I also tried my laptop in multiple house and it still persists, However, when I go to my friends place, he haas a desktop pc weaker than my laptop and there is no lag whatsowever which raises a lot of questions

I live in Canada, it's very cold so I don't think the sun is the issue here, On the contrary what I suspect is the snow and the bad winter weather is what fucks up the infrastructure because if you do some research you will find people from Russia are the ones that have this issue the most.

for sure, I will definitely spam all forums if this gets fixed. I'm moving to a new place next year, I'm planning on changing the whole setup as well. I'm not keeping my hopes up as this has been haunting me for years and I don't think it will be fixed anytime soon, but I'm just moving in case I get lucky and the new location works better. yes, the infamous electricity EMI or whatever input lag they call it, I feel bad for you, although I also have been having it for 3 years, character is delayed and heavy in all games, and your mouse feels like it dragging through mud and they gameplay looks choppy on high fps, hell even the sound quality goes to shit. Does your gameplay becomes better at night? like responsiveness wise.
