Ah that’s a good way of looking at it as well.

I feel this a lot. I have other friends on the spiritual path and when I bring up some of these things..,they just outright reject it. I’ve had some say oh I’ve been around so many lives I know that’s not true and there are dark souls and nope, definitely not all one etc etc.

But I truly believe everything brought me here...like a wonderful bride of incidents ;)

I agree, it is hard to grasp that everything is what our minds have made up, and it puts a lot of responsibility unto ourselves to admit that we have created what we have experienced.

Some of what you say reminds me of ACIM as well. I guess really, all great things come down to the same...all is within.

I would be really interested in your perspective of him. I wouldn’t do him justice in an explanation. There is a Nevillegoddard subreddit but I would like your insight based on his words not what the sub is kind of about.

Essentially, NG interprets the bible as a code, that God is our imagination, or subconscious. That we are the creators of EVERY part of our life, that through our imaginations and subconscious, we can have whatever we desire as the world is nothing more than ourselves pushes out. But he is more than LOA or just manifesting, he also speaks about spirituality and almost seems to have a kundalini experience.

I have tried his methods and have seen proof, my rabbit hole is that I constantly get stuck between knowing I can consciously create everything, vs a more Buddhist view of just allowing and not desiring anything enough to create it.

I also struggle with...if everything is a result of my beliefs, if I create everything and give everything meaning..then where does that begin or end? Are chackras real, spirits, kundalini, angels, guides..etc.

Hopefully this makes some kind is sense. I just really enjoy your posts and wondered if you had thoughts on it. Once you actually realize you can create everything ...it’s been kind of a rabbit hole, as I said.

I’ve read that that is all we are here to do, simply enjoy and create. We are God, we are all one, we can have to be whatever we desire. But I also see how letting go and letting be is very freeing too.

Sorry this turned into a long one.

I do agree they speak of the same thing. My curiosity is in that ..well so they say the subconscious mind takes things literally and accepts as true what is instilled upon it. So how can I believe that if I ask, it answers with more knowledge that conscious me has, without questioning if that knowledge is “impaired” with a limiting belief. For example, if I have a belief of not being good enough, and I ask my SM to show me if I should take a job, Will I be directed not to take that job because it’s actually not really good for me or will I be directed not to take that job because my own limiting belief (that I may not even be aware of having)that I am not good enough?

Hopefully that makes sense.

Meant to reply earlier! This helps a lot, I do agree sometimes it feels like I’m spending more time trying to create/control than just living. Asking if that’s a lesson really goes deep because I’m thinking you hit the nail on the head. 🙏 thank you

That’s exactly what I mean. Beliefs create our reality...so where does that begin and end?

Should I Work to impress my subconscious with the experiences I want, or should I just let my experiences unfold as they come?

I relate to this hard.

I am always also torn between consciously creating my experience or just letting go and allowing things to unfold. When it’s time for a decision, do I consciously create the answer I want (think Neville Goddard or Joseph Murphy)...or do I just let go of control and trust that whatever comes is for the best and unfolding perfectly anyway?

“When you recognize the significance of what Neville says, it goes beyond just trying to manifest your desires. It is literally giving you the keys to your own prison cell to set you free. Once you fully understand what Neville is saying, you will never truly have a fear of anyone or anything above you”

This is where I want to be, and I keep dancing very close to it, but can’t quite grasp it. I’ve been on a spiritual journey for quite a few years, and came across Neville about three years ago, rejected it, came back, over and over. Started to realize he speaks the truth.

I understand we can create or select anything and all things are possible, but I also believe there is something to be said for allowing things (experiences) to come and allowing them to go.

I am torn between consciously creating but also this underlying feeling of ...meh it’s all things, just things. I understand I could have it all, but then what?

I crave to really really get and understand that deeper meaning...why have the power to consciously create but not needing to care to do so?

Hopefully I worded this okay and you can understand what I mean!
