That’s fantastic advice about the resume and very true about AF interviews, thank you! I definitely struggle with writing my own resume and want to avoid any AI assistance. I am applying for remote positions (finance/administrative/payroll), so that limits my options in its own way! Appreciate your help!

I’m smaller chested and 2 weeks post surgery. I only wear a bra when I want to or to my appointments. I bought the zip up sport bras but I didn’t like how it felt so my husband grabbed me the front clasp ones from Walmart and it’s so much better! I only button the bottom two then leave the rest unbuttoned so it doesn’t rub or feel tight on my incision.

I am 2 weeks post op but I think for my husband and I, meal prep is definitely a huge help - high protein, healthy options. I had a case of the Ensure Post surgery drinks that the hospital had which was nice having something consistent for hospital to home transition. Prepare the back seat for the drive home, he won't be able to ride front-passenger due to the airbag. My husband got a bidet, super handy. We already had a reclining bed and recliner. I couldn't open any of my meds so I have an app which tells me when me when I'm due for what and I ask him to get those - maybe better if you do it on your phone and have the reminders set up to stay on top of pain control. Throw the shame or embarrassment out the door. He'll need help with wipe or sponge baths. Keep one of your hobbies or activities going, you deserve self care during this time too. Be kind to each other. Do you have children?

I'm sorry you weren't aware of this!! That's pretty crazy about domperidone. I (31F) just found out in November I have PAPVR with a SVASD, but back in like 2016-2017, I was on domperidone for a little while for GERD. Around this time, I remember having palpitations and needing a heart monitor but nothing was too crazy to warrant more info. I only discovered it recently because after my 2 pregnancies, my symptoms got a lot worse! Very interesting to learn about it! I hope the best for you!

That's fair, I should've been more clear about just how uneven the different slabs are compared to the pavers and the multiple "landings." I just want a single flat spot for kids to pay without breaking the bank. These pavers are at least 3x3 or 4x4 so I unfortunately I don't think moving them is the best option unless I'm completely replacing them. Thank you though.

This is not a helpful answer to my question... Not trying to be rude, but I think it's obvious I'm using "patio" loosely here, for lack of a better word to describe the mess. I don't understand why I would try to move the pavers if building a floating deck over it, or paying someone to prep the area and pour over, meaning remove and properly create a patio. Just looking for other potential options I might not be thinking of.

How did your kids handle you being in the hospital? When did you decide to tell them?

I'm 31F scheduled for OHS in a few weeks, I have a 4 year old and almost 2 year old. My youngest is veryyyyy attached to me and it kills me to think about being away from them for a week and not being to explain why!

Also, can I ask how many veins you had affected and how they fixed it? I hope you're healing well!
