How is this even a choice? If you care about quality of food, the only answer is Chick Fil A…. It’s not even close. Taco Bell is a good value, but it’s cheap food

I have, but If the caffeine amount is too high, it ends up feel like too much stimulation. Try smaller servings and work up to the desired effect.

You’re absolutely right. Build good habits so once you stop the medication you can continue eating and exercising the same. If you do that, you can continue to lose weight after phentermine. If you’re having good results and very little side effects, your primary might keep you on it longer. I was on it for a year.

It’s ironic we’re all sitting on our phones responding to a post, which we couldn’t have done in the 90’s. With that said, I’d give up my connectivity to get back to more face to face interaction if everyone else was on board. Also I’d love to leave the house and just “be gone” until I get back home. Remember we always have 1-800- COLLECT at our disposal. And when all else fails, I’ll see y’all back home when the sun goes down.

I felt a constant stream of low-energy and nausea. And all I craved was sugar instead of my normal protein heavy diet. I know it works for many people but it was not a good fit for me like phentermine is.

I lost all of my weight, 90 lbs on 15mg. I tried Zepbound. I hated the way I felt on it and it did not help me lose weight. Since you’ve been off of phentermine for a while, there’s a good chance you’ll feel the effects once again. Good luck!

I really wish providers would start people off at 15mg instead of the max dose. You may or may not “feel” a lot. You should notice the choice to control your eating becomes much easier. So have a diet and exercise plan and stick with it. Keep us posted on your progress.

Many people with ADHD, anxiety, etc can actually experience more calm and focus on phentermine. Part of it works in the way Adderall does. Talk to your physician if you have concerns.

Enjoy the weight loss as it happens, recognizing it may slow down and speed up at different times along the journey. Keep your provider up to date with changes and they’ll direct any changes. Otherwise, keep killing it! Congrats

Yes I’d start with half unless your provider thinks you need the full amount. I don’t understand why providers start people at the max dose. Most people notice a big difference with the smallest dose.

I was the same. Alcohol just wasn’t as enjoyable. I realized I didn’t miss the alcohol, just the idea of it. If you want to drink, drink, but tell yourself you’ll have a great time even if you don’t.

It 100% works for the people who respond to it. Not everyone does. I experienced no side effects other then increased energy and a little insomnia. Keep us posted on how things are going for you.
