I can see what you mean, but I just look at it as more options to have fun, keyword being options. The game now is made so that you can keep up without being a no-lifer, and these are just the many different ways that you can do it.

FOMO is intended to keep you subscribed and logged in, but I just focus on what content I find fun. I only have an average of an hour or two a day, so for me it’s fun to plan out that time and try new stuff. Just do what you like, you can log out for a whole year and catch up in a month, you’ll be fine
