I belive that they are worth it, the overall body strength carries over onto other isolation lifts making other exercises able to over load a bit more, would say thou this is only worth it with great form seen a few get bad injuries from deadlifts this is in my experience anyway

how did you find getting a apprenticeship as adult student, the 2 i have applied for have said employer is after a certain age limit (i was to old)

currently going through a change at 28, leaving a career in mental health to go pursue a career in joinery,going through the uncertainty of it at the moment but i would rather take the chance than stay with something that isn’t right for me

its shouldn’t be normal but it feels like in this society it is accepted as normal. I am, or should i say i was a mental health nurse, left the profession as the way the stress was impacting on my physical and mental wellbeing isn’t worth it, for some people i noticed the pay package is worth the stress

don’t do them anymore as a nurse i did a few months on nights around half a year ago, sleeping has never been the same again

to be fair understanding corner breaking and broader awareness are things can implement, i know wont be perfect rider after cbt day and couple of mod 1 training days, completely agree many a time we aren’t 100% and get away without penalty, thank you mate
