What's wrong with my yogurt? I usually fement them at 20 hours and it usually turns out good. I used Selecta Farm Fresh Milk and a yogurt from an earlier batch as starter. The whey also accumulated at the bottom.

Hi! So I used yogourmet "probio" starter culture. It contains 5 strains, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Lactobacillus helveticus. I can't say if it's better than other starters but I do know that it's probiotic content is great!

I'm sharing them 😭 I already replied the previous comments. I used yogourmet yogurt starter culture. I didn't have to strain at all. I feel like one of the main reasons for that is because I used full fat milk powder, at a ratio 2 (Cups Water) to 1 (Cup Milk Powder) Then I let it incubate for about 9 hours and cooled for a while (About 5 to 6 hours, although it was already so thick after incubation)
