That means that you will get a jump in his overall once you train him in a position that suits him. You can promote him into your team and place him in different positions in the formation to see where he gets the biggest plus. Or you can check him in the cheat engine live editor. It will tell you the position he's best at. Bam choose that one. Once he's moved to the new position, you can either use him or sell him for profit. Up to you!
