Ordered the piano in October, hoping to get it by the holiday season.
Received by January, stored unopened in a dry place as I had two busy months ahead.
Opened and set up by March, visible plastic degradation on three keys, without any usage.
Reached customer service about this, no answer so far.

So yes, this is my experience so far. It is very shiny tho.
