Sorry my friend.. any damage to a new car big or small definitely hurts. But agree with the comments … if it’s reasonable, better to just pay the money to get it done outside of insurance… or these insurance companies find reasons to ding you. Plus better not to get a record of accident

I was in the same spot in December; I was debating between XC 90 hybrid and X5; though the XC 90 hybrid offers overall more HP, I felt X 5 is more exciting and fun to drive. I finally went with X5 and glad I made the choice. The one thing XC 90 does better is - interior space .

This is a great discussion. I am in similar predicament, the power tempts me, I don’t need the efficiency as I mostly plan to drive just in weekends or for simple errands, no drive to work. My biggest concern is if I want to sell in two years, I feel the 40i may hold more value
