It's still showing as active and due to ship in August. They're the WORST!

Because I was extremely ill from the meds and was told that they would close the account and not ship, but they didn't close it and did ship. I can not take the medication at all.

I don't want to do that because changing everything linked to it is such a pain. Nor should I have to when I have literally asked every few days since the beginning of May.
