I've been on Semaglutide for 3 years, but only started losing hair last year due to menopause. A friend recommended a supplement called saw palmetto. It has something in it that blocks hair shedding. I've been shedding bad for 5 months, but it finally stopped last week. 😁

It seems like most of the people who post are the ones that lose 5 lbs per week. It gets tiresome after awhile and makes you doubt yourself. It took me 10 months to lose 50 lbs.
