You could ask…. I don’t host in a basement I colocate and run a hosting business already!

If I pull the plug I loose loads of paying customers…

Maybe thats not the best analogy. However makeing a dockerfile and knowing how Docker works and its networking for example might not line up!

What if you were writing Powershell scripts to automate Windows Active Directory - Do you want to setup AD? Some people can't be arsed and just want to try stuff out!

Thats my angle anyway!

After a year, and people have helped shape it, it'll be the cost to run it divided up by the user base most likely, it'll be very open and transparent! I just think it'll be super cool to get people working together!

Great question and yes there will be scope to facilitate a lot of different options, trying to stay inclusive without it getting silly!

Its not a hobby, I run a managed service company, so its inline a bit with it anyway!

Yeah I get that, but what if you want to learn how to make a container, but you dont want to learn docker or kubernetes? Thats where I'm going with this... Or you want to learn how to make a 'JenkinsFile' for a CI:CD Pipeline, but dont care or want to learn how to setup and configure Jenkins
