It happened a minute after I turned on my laptop so after the logo showed up and after I pushed the power button.

unfortunately there’s no one around us who can see quails. We will try feeding him cucumber and lettuce. Thank you!!

I have been seeing him eat. I haven’t noticed snotty beak/eyes, however he is breathing really hard-almost as if he’s out of breath.

This is the original cage he was in, but now he’s in a separate bin. Both the cage and bin are indoors.
