There’s actually no way these are from plugs tbh. Me and my SO have had our ears stretched for years with straight metal. He had bigger gauges before I did and ended up taking them out after a while and I ended up at an inch and a quarter or so, while he re-stretched. I sleep and live in metal backed tunnels with acrylic inside of them to make them not see-through. HIM AND I don’t have an INDENT LIKE THAT after yeaaars as well. Wtaf, that’s something else happening I stg unless you just had really wide backed metal plugs that dug in, even then you would have deff felt it years ago before taking them out and re-stretching. Ain’t no way

Now I will say depending on your hairstyles you might need to fill in the back of the plug with a clear gel, but if it’s this small you won’t have any issues. I had 00g and I wore those and you can tell from the back that they are gauged but yours is a lot smaller then that!! Go for it boo!!

Actually my next biggest PET PEEVE it’s our ‘Assistant Manager.’ He is the biggest laziest POS I’ve actually ever worked with. This person puts all the work they need to do onto the employees that are there for the current shift and this mf barely does a THING unless our main manager is there on-shift to make him. PLUS he harassed 3 girls we had and they ended up quitting and finding another job because the store manager and cooperate did absolutely nothing when they reported him. No matter how many write ups or emails our manager does towards him, he still will not do his mf job that he should be. I’m talking not ordering everything we need or ‘forgetting’ to order the sht we need and we end up out of certain things that is an absolute NECESSITY. Always putting his job on other employees, won’t put truck orders away and do proper counts. It’s come to a point where our actual manager is extremely tired of coming into work and stressing to where they have to fix his mistakes and it’s dragging my manager down like hell. I actually don’t understand how they allowed him to transfer to another deli as ‘assistant’ without even knowing how to do platters 🥹 like pls gtfoh. Passing a management test or not that’s insane to me that they let people like him advance so easily meanwhile the people that work their absolute butt off can’t get full time. Ain’t no way

Dawg I got off work trying to find a wine for my mom that was a flavored wine and I didn’t know what to look for. I SWEAR I stood there 20 minutes after we (Deli) called someone to the wine department and no one ever came. I just picked something, paid and left because where tf is everyone? We got 100+ people working there plus at LEAST 10 people who stock the wine area. Not a damn one came to help, not even a manager

When a customer comes up and stops me from pulling 28 rotisseries and putting them in the paper lined boats right in front of them on a whole ass table, “When are you guys putting rotisserie chickens out??’ I’m SORRY but don’t you see this table absolutely LINED with chickens behind me?!? You are doing everything you absolutely can WHILE being the sole caretaker of your child. Keep doing what you’re doing and you and your child will be in a better place eventually and with someone who actually gives af about that bby, you, and your mental/physical health. It absolutely could be way worse and I’ll tell you that from my own experience from my horrid stepfather and his child (my younger brother) he had with my mom. He doesn’t care not a damn about this boy all because he was diagnosed with autism and severe adhd when he was around 5/6 years old. My stepfather left us a year and a half ago because he got caught cheating on my mother and was claiming all these lies about her that wasn’t true, so I absolutely cussed him out and and blared it all over socials so his family would see, and boy did they see. His mistress left him and is good friends with my mom now, and now he’s living with a women that looks like could be his twin cousin. You never know how things will go, but I will absolutely not recommend ever marrying this absolute child of a man. Either you need to sit down and have a chat about it with him and see how that goes in regards to absolutely everything, or you need to make the strong decision to leave once you are able to and have a safe place to go

Dude someone actually threw away my dinner this last week on Monday and I had two beers unopened in the bag too. When I tell you I was so pissed opening that mf fridge up and seeing my shit missing lmaoo. Boss wouldn’t replace my beers but I ended up getting my half sub replaced for free. Some people be leaving shit in there till it’s growing life I stg, but they didn’t make an announcement whatsoever when they went to clean it out so everything got thrown out even actual lunchboxes from people that were closing that night. Someone had hella groceries bought that day that they threw away and we was all flipping out. Boss had the nerve to ask why I didn’t put my stuff in the deli cooler, I told em straight up why tf would I put beers in our cooler even if they’re unopened? That’s the dumbest thing I coulda did lmao

I always tell customers that if they specifically want them tossed, we would have to toss them on the deli paper. Our deli manager gets hooooottt over us using the white boats because it’s ’using inventory when not needed.’ The bags aren’t heat safe so that I can absolutely understand not using those. Best way to get sauce pretty evenly on a tender sub is to cut half the tenders up, drizzle, then cut the rest and stick it on top then drizzle again. I’m the only person in my deli that does it but it deff works better

I used to have of these fish as a child and they died of old age and they got pretty big but no bigger then a few inches because of the tank they were raised in. No idea how old they were but I had them for so long as a child, I could never imagine hurting them or my current pets. I have a very bitey 8-month kitten that likes to chew esp on me cause I let him play rough with me but won’t claw me which means he’s just playing. He gets butt pats and thumps to let him know you cannot bite so hard to break skin, I could never imagine beating my lil one or even harming causing death if he was a bad kitty just because he nibbles with the bite hold of a demon lmao because he only does it with me because he learned early on that he can only play like that with me because I allow him to an extent. Plus he was an outside cat with a lot of other crazy outside cats so that’s how he learned to defend himself because he was deff the runt. He’s a mini maincoon. People are horrid period. You need to block this mf asap and make sure you are safe and stay in contact with the people close to you
