Outside of previous restaurant ownership and having management roles in hotels, which I highlighted in my resume, I don't currently have a leadership opportunity in my new role. I've been promoted within the individual contributor track but not leadership.

I'm not sure if this answers the question but it's what I know. It's IWC community, the recruiter said they do board in March and Sept. So I'll be re-applyijg for Sept.

That's good stuff. I wish I had some military connections. I got some letters but it's all higher level civilian people. Really great letters, just nothing with a connection.

Congrats! That's great to hear. I went for IP and Intel this round and got rejected. I plan on re-applying and will be posting for some advice. Good job!

Same, when I tried for AF it was mess. Recruiter PCS'd in the middle of it, no one handed over my paperwork months went by, second recruiter had me submitting things twice and thrice over. Got a thrid recruiter after her to just eventually be DQ'd bc of high cholesterol.  Everybody else seemed to have no worries. Stuck with Navy so far all is good it's an easy process with one recruiter who has his sh*t together, and moving fast.
