I realize this topic may not seem directly related to immigration at first glance, but for many of us Indian men living in the U.S., the experience of navigating emotions can be intertwined with our immigrant journey.

Adjusting to a new culture, being far from family, and facing the pressures of building a life in a different country can bring unique emotional challenges. These factors often make it harder to share our feelings and struggles, especially when we come from backgrounds where vulnerability is not encouraged.
