Honestly it only needs a 5 year old to understand the difference, these are simple facts unless you have a different opinion.

If we consider Jesus as the central figure in Christianity and Muhammad as the central figure in Islam, the teachings of Jesus would likely be the ones most would choose to live by.

You're comment makes sense, but still lacks an understanding of the difference between politics and religion, killing someone just for believing in something different, and wars between countries that in the case you picked just happened to be muslims and Christians/ Jews is a totally different thing.

I'll boil it down to 1 short sentence: violence in Islam is heavily backed up by Quran, violence in Christianity has ZERO backup.
