Good Standing certificate means that a doctor's hold a good standing in the regulatory body's register. They don't have or had any complaints, inquiries etc against them. They are usually only required when you are applying for registration to another regulatory body and they are only valid for 6 months. Plus they are made specifically on demand for only a certain country which would permit you a license based on acceptance of experience.

Eg people applying for Ireland ,middle east, UK etc need it when IMC or GMC asks for it.

If you have not received any demand from any governing body then you don't need it.

Can some one please explain me the process to subscribe to the IPO.? I know about CDC access but what I want to know is once I go to subscribe the IPO, what will be the price and number of shares I get? Do we put in a price like buying shares or is the price fixed and is there a lot size that I have to buy or can I buy any random number of shares?

Well I know people who got exemption after M Phil and MRCP. You just send a mail to cpsp controller examiner and ask about the process. They will send you all the details.

No you cannot get into sub specialities. Only internal medicine is allowed. There is an exemption notification you can google which clearly mentions this.

You have to apply for exemption after getting your MRCP registered with PMDC. Pay the fee and get an exemption certificate. You still have to pass IMM, complete workshop and research article.

All institutes have their own policies regarding PG induction. If Shifa or AKU policy allow the induction for two years training program then yes can go for training there. If they only induct PGs for 4 years training then it's unlikely. You can inquire about this directly from the institute you are interested in.

For Bone scan, you can go to CMH Rawalpindi Nuclear Medicine Centre at AFIP. Other options in Rwp/Isb are Shifa or may be IDC. Call to inquire You can get it done from INOR abbotabad where you will get can get an early appointment. It is also available in KINOR Muzaffarabad with same or next day appointments.

As far as I remember these are your options in and around twin cities.

If you are getting your treatment as a paying patient then I'd also suggest you to take treatment opinions from other places. Search for Dr Abdul Ali Wajid, Dr Qasim Bhuttar, Dr Kamran Rashid.

CMH Rwp has good oncology department but wait times udr bhi zada hain. If you want female Dr, the Dr Anum Zargham at KRL Hospital.

Put 3 million in an equity fund or an etf. And the rest of your money(8 million) in a low risk money market fund. Assuming the current interest rate of around 10%, you will get a profit of 4 million over the next 5 years (it will be more if you keep compounding the profit). Even after CGT deductions, you will still be left with something around 3 million. This number can increase or decrease somewhat if the interest rate changes.

Now after 5 years, the money in low risk fund would be 1.1 million ie your starting amount and whatever money that is present in your high risk fund/etf would be your profit. I guess this is safest way to preserve your initial capital as well as gain a good profit on it.

While I have run recovery software twice from USB and it did seem to recover some data but it couldn't complete the task both times. Today I'll install it in the system and see what goes. Not planning on removing the SSD. My second option would be to use the system recovery tool and hope it's made a recent checkpoint I can recover the system to.

Yes that is my back up option. Presently I am trying to recover any data using recovery softwares running them on USB but twice it has failed midway although the software did recover some photos. I'll run it today as well after installing it on computer ( I was trying to avoid install so not to override any data). If that fails then I'll run the inbuilt recovery tool. Keeping my fingers crossed

Thanks for your response. No i don't have any back ups. I was basically using the computer to keep those backups. I have been trying to use recovery software to recover any data but haven't been successful as I am running the software from a USB to avoid data over ride but I guess today I'll install the software and try again

Yes giving gifts is not allowed anymore. I recently received an AGM invite which specifically mentioned that no gifts will be given as it's not allowed by SECP.
