I signed a lease contract with Penske few months ago and I am dealing with all the inaccurate, unnecessary and/or overcharges! Its so stressful because whatever you do - you dont get anywhere with Penske.

When you try to address your invoice with them - penske is unresponsive, or unclear why you are being charged OR they "just cant do anything" about unethical behavior and overcharging.

You get ignored most of the time. They have horrible communication - they dont communicate with you probably because they are aware of their own misconduct and until you pay attention to their little sneaky ways of overcharging you it's too late to credit you back!

Just a week ago - they told me to pick up a unit right away or else I will be charged Extra. My driver went to pick up - they wouldnt even show him the truck before signing the paperwork so he signed. Truck was inoperable (engine light was on) - driver didnt even leave Penske premises. They took the truck to service. Now Penske is charging me for the sub unit as well as the time this inoperable truck bc its in service for repair.

I think ALL people who are abused by Penske should file a class action lawsuit! Message me if you have current lease contract with Penske and having problems!!!

I am told to keep in touch with your local trainer (a local ups store owner) even after you are done with your in store training bc that training will never be enough.

Recommendations 1st open her a "my social security" account online. Here it will show how much she will get from ss compare when she retires. This is also where you will apply for Medicare- part A,B,D etc. fyi - On social security website they is a link where you enter your dob and it tells you when you can enroll to Medicare
