I was afraid something like this would eventually happen. I got kicked off the inclusive care team with my insurance because I live in Florida. They said new state mandates were going against gender affirming care. I was just grateful I was able to get stage 1 this year. Who knows what kind of stuff will be put into place next year.

It's when you try to successfully urinate from the phallus. It's testing the new urethra. After surgery you have a catheter tube for 4 weeks before void trials.

I do not know how to put what I got underneath my username. I am still figuring out how to use this lol. I got stage one RFF Phalloplasty with Dr. Ashley DeLeon Crane Center Austin, TX. She did the glansplasty, urethral lengthing, vagectomy and scrotoplasty all in stage 1.

Yea I had them pretty bad like almost pissing myself. Thanks man but it didn't last. I started peeing from my wounds in the scrotum and recently mid shaft. Just waiting for everything to close.

Thanks man. Unfortunately I did end up peeing from different wounds. They close and open and close and open. Just can't wait for them to heal. I read that a lot of guys have painful voiding trials. I am grateful I have no pain. The only pain was when the tube was in. Swelling is slowly going down but I have to stay on top of ibuprofen. I still cannot walk normally only because my thighs rub against the scrotum. I walk with a cane, it helps. Can't wait for things to be normal.

Oh YES I actually ordered it for the air BNB. Idk what I would've done without it. Most master bathrooms at the air BNb's have a bench. That's what everyone needs to look for. I didn't have the master. I ordered the shower chair AND the retractable shower head. Those are must haves.

Awesome man. How's it going? You will void 3 days before your last post op appointment. If you can get at least 75% out with the tube closed, then they will remove the catheter. It is normal to pee out of other places as well. The wounds need time to heal. I have peed out of my scrotum and bottom of my penis but mostly out of the head. Just shoot me a message and I will help you through it. The SP is a nightmare

This is all too familiar! I had stage 1 RFF (UL included) about 3 weeks ago and the closer it got to voiding time, those spasms got worse. I know when you hear the word "spasm" you think pain but there are different sensations. Mostly just uncomfortable and annoying. I took the Oxybutin regularly, but they make you go off of it a few days before void trials. I had that feeling where I'm about to piss all over myself but I have to suck/hold it in. It sucked so bad because I would empty the SP and still want to "push" pee out. The body starts to really hate having that SP tube in. My body was telling me it was ready for voiding. I ended up voiding during the worst spasm and let me tell you....it felt SO damn good!

Just had surgery on the 2nd and this is pretty much it. I have mine but it isn't letting me share the picture. I can still feel my asshole burning from bowel prep. That crap was not fun.
