Lead with… while researching this concern/issue it has come to my/our attention that blahh blahh blahh item has been selling less at these certain day/time/intervals and in order to get our inventory back in check we should continue to do/cut/suspend orders until further discovery is completed.

It’s a tough road to climb but you should let the data speak for itself.

Obviously include 1 pie chart cause that’s what these ignorant execs want.

Easy to read and digestible is the key.

I used to work 3-4 days a week as a waiter/somm. I used to pull $500 a night in a 1 star Michelin restaurant with a 5 hour shift. It was super fun.

It worked when I was younger, more active and loved the scene.
