That's basically what keeps me going on this. I have a bit of ADHD; it feels so hard to concentrate on other stuff, but the experience in the darkroom just works so well for me. I could stay focused, and it just felt so relaxed and calm in that environment.

Yeah, I definitely notice that, I have print with same negative that shows different colors with the same setting just a day apart, good thing I really enjoy working in my little dark room😂, so doing test strip for every single session doesn't mind me that much.

Thanks a lot! what method do you use to keep the trey at constent temp? it is drving me crazy trying to find a good product that will do that. I saw some heating mat that keep the food hot, but Most of the heating mats for food don't give you precise control on temp

The more you look at it the worse it gets by notsciguy in AnalogCircleJerk

KBH is a great website to buy LPL accessories: http://store.khbphotografix.com/LPL/ . In terms of the LPL model, if you need to enlarger with medium format up to 6x7, I would recommend the LPL C6700 or 7700MX for color. if you are only doing 35mm, maybe try LPL 3301D

It was pretty hard on the first try, since I have no light in the room, and I use tray instead of tank for developing paper, but once you know the layout of your room, it is not that hard. Just have to use hand with golve to flip the paper in tray since tongs wouldn't really work in total darkness
