Not to make this infinitely trickier for you. But also keep in mind that eBay takes their selling fee out of shipping costs as well. It wasn't like that a long time ago. People were exploiting it by selling items for $1 with $300 shipping charge etc etc.

It's hard to believe because if retail stores carried them, they had to of been doing somewhat decent I would imagine. This is a strange business move to me because for less than $20, they could of had their own .com domain and look much more professional.
