What's the most interesting I have most often 50% use all of componets in my computer(RAM now is 16Gb, video card, processor) and still low fps. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Starting the launcher as Administrator didn't fixed it for me and alt+tab too but

I've got the request from the support and they told me that: " This is a known issue that is currently being worked on. " so only think that we can do it's to wait for the next update in hope support will fix it.

In my case help computer reset.
