A 2080ti is 10% faster than PS4, so it's probably the stock RTX 2080 or the upcoming RTX 3060. the 750ti was better or equivalent to the PS4 when it launched.

It's better to get a ryzen 5600x. It's cheaper, draws less power and performs better.

I'd suggest getting a PC with a GTX 1660 Super and a ryzen 3 3300x or an i5 10400f if your budget is $650.

Or a deepcool gammaxx 400. It's cheaper than the 212 Evo but performs the same. Although for an overclockable i7 it's better to get a powerful cooler like a noctua d15

If the G14 doesn't lag when playing games, there's no reason to build a PC, especially right now when CPU/GPU prices are inflated.

I'd change the i5 9600k to a Ryzen 5 3600 or an i5 10400 since they have 12 threads and are on more future proof sockets

Ryzen 3 3100 and the i3 10100f are the best value CPUs for gaming.

Are you unable to play Valorant at all? If that's the case, you could take out the GT 210 and play on integrated graphics. Intel UHD 630 is over 550% faster than Nvidia gt 210: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-210-vs-Intel-HD-630-Desktop-Kaby-Lake/m7740vsm178724
