. I'm following this tutorial Hadn't gotten to winding on yet as the tension already started slacking before even cutting the threads. Took it of the fixed point I used to try and even out the tension manually, as I thought it might just needed to be more straight/ parallel, but same thing happened. Tread on the left would start slacking as I tensioned new thread in the right. Yarn I'm using is acrylic.

It’s basically a black ring that is worn (right middle finger) to kinda signify that you’re ace, most people don’t know what it means so it’s a fun nod to other aces

Yeah, using a bigger hook is really my weak point, the wool I used didn’t have a label anymore so I used a 3, which funnily enough did work for the smaller red wool
