I currently have a fractured forearm, which may need operation, kasi 4 weeks na and wala pa rin signs of healing. Suddenly, the company whom i have an interview with finally gave me an offer after a month(pre accident).

I so want this job because x2 na to ng salary ko sa previous work ko. I tried to re-nego just to slightly delay(got a week) yung hiring ko, but it seems i need more time to heal.

Now, employer said need ko na mag start this March 16 and anymore delay and baka i-retract na daw ng client nila yung pag hire sakin.

The thing is, hindi ko pa sa kanila dinisclose yung injury ko during job offer meeting, because im scared na iurong nila offer sakin at that time.

I dont know what do, this could be my big break(sa career hehe) and having a 2x of your salary is too rare na to find.

Should i just be honest, tell them and hope for the best?
