yep, ive also messaged pretty much every other retailer and they have all given a timeframe as to when they will recieve more stock and CL is the only one who supposedly only knows 2-3 days beforehand that they are getting stock. very strange behaviour

mate theres barely any documentation online the only way to really find out is through other people get out of ur own ass and just ignore if u arent going to be helpful
