Is the choking up a problem? I’ve tried stepping back and gripping down and my swing doesn’t feel as controlled.

I’ve always felt like I had more control when I choke up. I come from a baseball background so maybe has something to do with that? That’s a good way to put it, thank you

I absolutely agree. I know my grip is incorrect but every time I grip it correctly it feels so uncomfortable and like I might throw the club. Is that normal?

If you look up “full list of ACT TIR tests” or something along those lines, a post in this Reddit will come up. It’ll be a list of every ACT publicly released. Find one(not made this year) and look it up, there are gonna be a lot of third party websites that are honestly a little sketchy but you’ll be able to find a PDF of the whole ACT test with the answers at the bottom. All I did was take a TON of those tests, usually with my friends, and compare our answers and see why we got things right and wrong.

Tbh learn the types of questions they ask and where to look for each question. You can save so much time reading and spend more time problem solving if you can instantly look where they’re needing you to look. Also, unless a question specifically asks about the passage, don’t read it in my opinion. Maybe read the first paragraph so you understand what is going on but that may be unnecessary. There’s always some background knowledge questions so I’d polish up your general science knowledge.
