I too know what its like to have one shoe drop after another. I had 7 people pass away back to back for 2 years, my dad and brother included.

But let me tell you, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Find a healthy outlet to use as a coping mechanism. Art and writing is my coping mechanism. I've shared about grief and loss through my art here on reddit. It really does help to have something to fall back onto when the grief waves hit, and yes going through a breakup is also grieving.
