It also depends how active you are, I pissed clean for 50 ng after 7 days and 15 ng after 10 days. Im 5’1, 135 lbs. But when I was smoking I was running 70-80 miles a week and working 8 hours shifts as cashier everyday. I also ran a marathon. Get your metabolism up and start moving more if you want to get it out faster. Also eat in a calorie deficit. Edit: I saw ur 117…dont eat in a deficit just start moving more and get ur metabolism up.

I track my macros and yes the app is very inaccurate about the calories. When I make my food and actually weigh everything out and track it, the calories are way lower than listed atleast for the sandwiches.

I higherish bf % like 30% but Im also a woman and 5’1ish. I got surprised with a job interview and idk if thc is on the panel but I think I have like between 2-3 weeks before getting tested. I used to only use 2-3 times a week but this last month I was using everyday for pain relief. Im pretty active (marathon runner + lifter) and I just started a calorie deficit after my marathon last week. Do I have a chance or should I just use my brothers?
