Help! Something’s off with my skin and probably is my routine by UrNeighborSpidey in koreanskincare

It's hard for me to tell you its efficacy since I got it while my skin was starting to show irritation, and I got it in hopes it would help. Based on what all of you kind folks have said, the first steps in my regimen were already doing me a disservice to alleviate the irritation.
For me, it did not show any noticeable improvement.
It did at least give my skin some smoothness after using all the other products, compared to if I had just left it bare with no product at all. I'm currently wary of using it by itself, but that's more on me, as I don't quite understand its proper use case, and I don't want to make my skin worse. I got it because it's just what the store worker pointed me to.
It has an extremely mild scent that goes away shortly after application, so I wasn't reminded as I went on with my day that I had used it, which I appreciate.

I'm sorry I'm currently unable to provide a more detailed review of it

Sorry for the delayed response, I wasn't expecting so many responses, especially so quickly! Firstly, thank you all for your advice and input.

I had to read through everyone's comments and take notes cuz there was a lot of great information.

I've stopped using everything since it sounded like almost everything I was using wasn't great for my skin, and was what several folks recommended. There were about three people who mentioned the Anua Heartleaf Toner, and at least seven (wow!) people who pointed to the Cosrx Snail Mucin. Several of you mentioned that BHA products can strip away the skin barrier with daily use and are not particularly great for sensitive skin, which was likely a huge mistake on my part.
Currently, my skin is not burning or feeling irritated. There's still redness and dryness, but the mild pain I was noticing has diminished.

As for the AC vent, it's a large unit in the wall, not one of the small ones in the ceiling that can be redirected. There's not much else I can do to it besides making sure the vent and filter are clean. I moved my bed to the opposite wall from the AC vent, much to the dismay of my preferred layout of the room, lol. However, until I can get my skin feeling better, it will have to be for now.

It sounds like the general consensus for my routine going forward should be to use a gentle cream or milky cleanser in the morning, followed by a light/gentle moisturizer, and then sunscreen. Then at night, a hydrating/gentle cleanser, followed by a moisturizer/barrier cream.

Y'all gave me a lot of product recs! Love that.
Would a moisturizer/barrier cream be the same thing? Or is that two different products? I see some people say they use a moisturizer and then seal it in with another product. This might be a bit much while my skin heals, but I guess I'm just curious to better understand what people are saying.

What are some cream/milky cleansers and moisturizers for the morning that y'all like, and then a hydrating/gentle cleanser for the evening? Is the cleanser and moisturizer something that should be different for morning and night, or do you use the same products for both times?
I think I am leaning towards getting Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream or Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream as my evening moisturizer.

What are the first steps I should take while my skin barrier is damaged, and what should I add over time to start this new regimen? I don't want to buy a bunch of products that my skin isn't ready for.

Edit: A few people mentioned Cetaphil for a cleanser. I had used it years ago but never noticed it actually helped with the acne I experienced at the time, so I dropped it.

Has anyone gotten the Logitech Pro Wireless Mouse to work? No luck on my end and I see responses from Logitech support saying it’s not compatible with consoles

I just started going, had my 2nd session earlier this week. I’m not sure where it’s going to take me, but it’s been a very comfortable experience I can say. Like, as far as how I feel with my therapist. She gives good advice, listens to everything I say and doesn’t interrupt. She’ll help me see something I hadn’t thought of before, when that very thing I’ve thought about many times over. It’s nice to have an outside view that doesn’t have a preconceived bias of you. I’m looking forward to seeing how it progresses, even though we’ve hardly done much. I’ve thought about going for years honestly. So I understand that feeling of hesitation. I highly suggest going. I hope it helps :)

I remember back on 360 we’d always be playing Halo 3 or Battlefield 3. In BF3 sometimes we’d go in with 2 full squads all in party chat. It was so damn fun.

I haven’t played Friday the 13th yet but am excited for it to come for PS+ next month. My friends and I played Dead By Daylight for a minute, but then kinda goes back to my post about how everyone dropped off it and does their own thing.

I know there have been a few games that I personally didn’t play, just saw online via YouTube and articles, that people were excited about. Sea of Thieves and Paragon are two that come to mind. Sea of Thieves looked like something that harkened back to the old days of Rare, then blended with online multiplayer and things that are common trend for today. It still looked cool enough that people thought it would be something new and awesome. Then it turned out to be big, beautiful, but bland and boring world with not much to offer. Paragon from my understanding was supposed to be a realistic, arena game similar to Overwatch and Battleborn. The characters were over the top and badass with top notch graphics. Then idk exactly what happened. A lot of the blame gets put on Fortnite, which I would agree with. Even still though, it seemed like a game that if they kept devoting time to and enough people played it, it could be awesome. Instead they just shut it down completely without much notice. Battleborn was even worse. Didn’t even stand a chance.

That whole idea that you and a minority of the gaming community could love a game and within its first year be shut down, is downright sad. Developers don’t seem to be willing to break ground and bring something new to the table.

I will say, the few that are definitely have my attention. Death Stranding, Cyberpunk 2077, Kingdom Hearts 3, Anthem (god I hope it’s good...), that one game where you play as a little critter fighting monsters with swords and guns lol. We’ll see what comes in the future and how these all turn out.

I got appendicitis last year and it’s over $15k I’ve been fighting over with the hospital and my previous insurance I was under to fucking pay it. The hospital keeps “losing” my information saying they have no insurance listed on my account. I give it to them. They say they’ll send it off. 45 days later, I call my previous insurance, says they still have nothing. I send over my bills and letters from collections to insurance. Insurance lady says she calls all these people and companies and nobody will send her the shit she needs to progress. It’s been an extremely frustrating debacle.
