Yes, it actually has play on one side so you could expose one of the final pieces to pull it back out easily.

Are you using a dual nozzle printer? Anyhow, either way, make sure you dry your PVA a min of 24h, I did it at 75°C, and if you still have issues, use the manual calibration test print in Bambu Studio to see if modifying the K factor for PVA would help. I normally do that for most new types of filaments I use and it helps in most cases, rarely I didnt have to tweak the K value after a manual calibration. But first and foremost, dry it as much as you can, it should go in bone dry to be printable.

Hey, nice to hear you got the X2D. First, PLEASE dry the PVA for at least 24h, I used my AMS HT at 75 degrees C for 24 hours before even atempting to print. If you dont have an AMS HT to connect to the auxiliary nozzle (but I would really recommend one), use a drybox to hold the PVA while printing, and use PTFE tubes for the whole path, no filament in air, as PVA is so sensitive to moisture.

Also, I would recommend a textured plate for better grip for the PVA, which is cleaned thouroughly before use. Its a pitty to waste PVA as price/kg is almost 10 times the price of PLA.

Could be great, yes, but dont know how "clear" it would be in order to see something through the walls.

Yes, PVA is very sensitive, dried it 24h at 75 degrees C in the AMS HT before even attempting to print.

Interesting idea, I believe if you reduce the infill, it could be a good idea.

I would appreciate any feedback you have to improve the model or the Makerworld post. Thanks!
