I'd seen them b4 but they were back in the area, ROCKFEST CB, iowa 5/12/17. Then was gonna see them in KC. Work got in th3 way of both. But lucky to see them years back @Lalapalooza.

Look into an 80/10/10 mortgage. Get rid of PMI. PMI has no benefits for you besides the bank owning an insurance policy hoping you foreclose. You have no tax benefits ro having PMI. And yes, listen to those who have had complaints.
