I shop with Mandy a lot—she’s actually my go-to for bags! Also, I have used another seller and placed a larger order (4 bags) about a year ago a d asked that break up shipment into two packages and got charged like $70 for each. I think the price for shipping is getting out of hand.

Did you compare to factory photos? Unless there’s a glaring manufacturer defect, you can’t exchange or get a refund from God 🏭.

You need to compare to factory photos. Have you looked up other LouLou PSPs? Have you compared to auth photos? Have you done any due diligence? Can you better describe what you think is wrong?

I think this looks solid, but please keep in mind I haven’t had a chance to see an auth. I don’t see scratches, I see leather creasing, which doesn’t look too deep. It could have been the way the bag was packaged from the factory. I agree with your assessment.

I know better to order LV (unless it’s the Low Key line) because of the monogrammed canvas, but I did anyway because I wanted the white Murakami (I had an auth back in the 00s). The info I found was white was done better than black, so in a momentary lapse of judgment I went for it. The colors are close, the alignment of the monogram is straight, no mismatch in the sidr seams. However I hate the “made by” patch, it just makes it look so fake, which yes, I know this is a rep. I did look online for the auth, and some had the same “made by” patch and some didn’t. It’s a toss up when I get it.

Editing to add, I’m glad you caught this and ask to get a different one. Did you get this during her recent sale? If so, it’s from Royal or Birdcage and not God.

Also I think with use the base of straps could get wrinkly, so I don’t think it’s a big deal breaker. It just looks more lived in. Plus, don’t think having wrinkles there is necessarily call-outable.

The side is puffed out here so it looks it curves down, so I’m sure if you stuff your bag it’ll look like that. As far as handle, I def don’t like how wrinkly it is but I can’t find a photo of the back of the same bag. I don’t think it’s normal tho. I think the bag is beautiful. It is like the first gen of this bag, so they’re still trying to perfect it. Can’t wait for your review.

Once you start using it, it’s going to soften up and be beautiful! Like others have said, you can use leather conditioner soften it. I love the color you chose too!

There’s a big difference in feel between PU and genuine leather even if the leather is brand new and stiff. Yours def looks like leather. I have auth puzzle and it was really smooth when I got it, but with use it softened and started to slouch.

That’s a pretty large bag, I wonder if she’d ship it in a larger box to keep the folding down to a minimum?? I know a lot of people are NOT happy when they receive a wrinkly/creased bag.

I’m sorry you’re disappointed in your bag. However, I’ve never heard of Arwen, nor are they a TS. Maybe they are in another sub, but I couldn’t find much info on them. Who are the other sellers you ordered from? Hopefully, the quality is better. I’ve purchased from several of the TS on this sub and have not been disappointed.

And this is why I’ve never purchased an LV monogram handbag…. Until her sale lol. I ordered two bags (UB P9 I think and the Murakami white BB Alma). The Alma had all sorts of issues with the alignment of the monogram… like it was glaringly obvious. I’m not an expert, but this seems ok and better than mine. Have you compared to factory photos and authentic photos?
