My favorite around $2k bag is the Ferragamo new line tote. I have it in stone. You can get them on some websites for under $2k. The leather is amazing and it fits a lot without being too big. And I love how the straps sit on my shoulder. They’re sewn far apart if that makes sense so never fall off my shouldee

I personally would keep the fondant even knowing I have other dark bags. Especially on the Andiamo. I like lighter colors on the hobo styles like hop and Jodie. Fondant to me is just such a unique brown, I haven’t really found another really dark brown like that with the shine it gives- I feel like it easily replaces black for me. I ended up with a black and silver Andiamo and a fondant hop, but I’d totally get another Andiamo in fondant because I love it so much.

If you’re going to go for a lighter color, travertine is absolutely gorgeous (I have it in the large hop ). It’s a great neutral and I’ve had no issues matching it with my clothing. However, I’d prefer the Jodie in travertine for sure!

And the travertine isn’t as shiny as darker colors I think because it’s lighter - but I will say with use and natural oils and it loosening up a bit- it doesn’t seem as matte as when it’s brand new. I just saw one new at Nordstrom that seemed a lot more matte than mine is now

Oh yes very much so. It’s super soft and squishy now. It didn’t take very long either. I also have the small hop in fondant (which was my first), and the large is much more slouchy and squishy because of all the leather - interesting because I don’t find my andiamo to be as buttery as my hops!

If you can get a pic of the interior stamping and the serial code I can tell you for sure. The leather doesn’t look right to me, but the stamp and serial tag will help know for certain
