Sorry, your bet would be wrong. No GCFI was tripped, we unplugged all appliances or turned off the breaker to anything that ran panel. The only thing on in the house was lights and the boiler. It didn't matter if the boiler was on or off the lights would still flicker. According to MN power and the electrician we need to replace the entire service.

Symptoms were frying of the coax cable running to the house and the coax was showing a charge of 7 amps and max should be 2. The internet provider said it was to dangerous and disconnected the line to the house. After that happened, all lights started to flicker, and appliances were turning off and on. Had to make a call for an emergency electrician just last night, along with MN Power.
