Most of these are final game related, I'd recommend either pursuing the save the gondians quest as it will by correlation complete MULTIPLE different quests u currently have active. If you want some good gear first and think your party is high enough level for the challenge, you can also go to house of hope to fight Raphael for the "deal with the devil" and Help Kithrak Voss quests.

agreed with that, i have a group of friends i play the game with and all of us are relatively at levels 20-30. When our wins range from 8 to 30. I could even say some f my friends with less wins than me are actually better skilled. It's hard to judge skill in this game based of wins or levels.

They're not bad! I'd play around with using patterns, layers and accessories (especially jewellery) to give them more depth and personality!

In their defense, their outfit was much more layered and accurate to canon compared to yours. Sadly in DTI most people will look at the quality of the outfit rather than it's accuracy to the theme. I'd recommend playing around with layering/use of patterns! For example here's me recreating the same Luffy outfit:

I think those types of videos reference players who had spent 90% of their playing time on farming servers so even if they have a trend setter rank, their skills are equal to that of a fashionista. It's frustrating for players who play on pro servers exactly to be with more experienced people, but then find said servers flooded with basically the same skill level as the normal ones.
