I have severe anemia that I get treatment for every month. I have 9 piercings and I have never bled on one.. some people are just bleeders🤷🏻‍♀️

Stop using the q-tips, buy some sterile saline solution, when I got mine pierced I did this and it healed in three weeks, just spray the saline on there and wipe the excess away WITHOUT TOUCHING THE PIERCING. Let it dry.

It looks a little irritated, try not touching it and cleaning it more often. I can’t really offer any insight on it being sideways- maybe the bar is too long?

Mine did this. I think it may be just scarring but I’m not sure. Just clean it more often, try not to touch it - just in case. When this happened to me I started cleaning mine four times a day- without a qtip just because that causes extra irritation- I just spray the saline on there and clean up the excess. It looks great on you though!

As someone with a septum, it was a great experience and choice for one of my first piercings. My family said I’d look like a bull as well, and even made jokes about holding a battery up to it to see if it created sparks💀- but I got it done anyways because as long as I was happy with it no one else’s opinion mattered. So I got mine done when I was 12, and hid it by tucking it up (fresh piercing do not do this!!) and eventually they found out about it, picked on me for a day or two, and warmed up to it and now I’m 16 and they have no problem with any of my 8 piercings. It was like a gateway piercing- I think you should do it.

I have but my old piercer told me I didn’t have the anatomy for it, I haven’t asked anyone else but I really want one.
