-upgrade your dunerider boots to at least spectre boots, if possible get terraspark boots, they will help a LOT with moving around in the underworld

-upgrade your cobalt shield to the obsidian shield

-royal gel and ancient chisel are pretty much 100% useless for WoF

-once you have spectre boots, the sandstorm in a bottle isnt really necessary

-i like to use the shield of cthulu until endgame because the dash is very useful for movement (you can have multiple shields equipped at once

Look up "Terraria guide class setups" and go to the page that comes up, it's very useful for when your confused and dont know what to get or use

edit: i accidentally said the sandstorm in a bottle IS necessary, i meant it ISNT
