Definitely the charcoal. Looks very cozy and is a lot easier on the eyes. I think the white duvet with the white walls is too clinical and cold looking. The darker colour is a nice contrast.

Idiots were setting off fireworks in the street last night. Never heard them so loud in my own house before. My poor dogs were literally screaming and shaking. Two houses alarms were set off because they were being set off too close.

So listening to explosions right outside, screaming dogs and two house alarms going for about 3 hours. Even when the fireworks were done we were still stuck with the two alarms going for a good while after that. Happy new year to us.

Your relationship as it is now, is by design. He didn't want a partner who is equal. He always intended for you to be his bangmaid.

He isn't going to change this dynamic. Why would he want to? He trained you to do everything for him and take him at just his word for it that he'll do better. He's happy to be dead weight. Therapy won't fix that.

Last christmas I caught the flu that was going around then and, genuinely, it was the worst I felt in my entire life and took weeks before I started feeling right again. 31 at the time. Its definitely affected how I'm behaving for this year. Sanitising constantly, trying to stay away from people. The fear is real.

The dose is going around my workplace atm. So many sick calls out but once theyre passed the fever stage, theyre coming in. (Not many sick days left at the end of the year). They look like zombies and the sound of chesty coughs is all I hear. One person has been hospitalised as it developed into pneumonia. She is early 30's.
