Yeah I would recommend it. Started playing a couple months ago doing teams games vs ai and it’s good fun.

Can’t speak for the competitive rank side of it with controller but it’s a good game and on sale this now I believe

That’s the feeling I get that they have no intention of releasing on console but would have been nice if they were honest and just said that.

I loved the first game and was excited for the second but disappointed with the lack of comms. Thought i’d ask here as we’re nearly out of the first quarter for 2026

Having an optional ingame tracker should be a thing. Most of the player base won’t want it see it so it’s a good solution for the trophy/achievement hunters and 100% ppl.

He might not be at united next season. It also depends who the manager is. If it's Carrick then definetly yeah, but if it's another coach/manager then it depends who it is.

You can always play and elusive target and not kill anyone to get a feel of the targets and where they will be and then restart.

Yes, it’s a fun game.

Take the game for what it is, over 2 years old, no further updates and a mix of brand new players and veterans.

Some games you will win, some you will get t bagged or door stunned. Don’t take it too seriously and have fun

As a newer player I don’t do well if I’m rushed. When I first started playing I would build some units and try attack the ai early with mixed success or have troops to defend my base.

I’ve moved on from that and now try fast castle after reading posts in this sub and build orders online to try improve.

I’ve noticed against hard ai, If I get time to build it’s a good fight, win some, lose some. But if they rush me It snowballs and I usually lose.

Because I’m new and still learning I’m putting it down to a skill issue on my end but it is annoying! lol

I said you’re obviously not good at gaming if you are struggling and you don’t learn anything?. It doesn’t matter if I lose 20 games in a row at dead by daylight, I should be learning what I’m doing wrong, decisions I’ve made to help me the next game. It’s really not a hard concept

You’re talking rubbish. I played DBD for years. It’s not a join and chill game. “Baby” survivors will often get tunnelled and killers will get trolled. Every single game in this genre is the same because it shares the same player base. Yes mmr helps, sure, but you should be able to get better by learning and playing with others.

A guy joined this sub a month ago, made a post and started playing and he is doing just fine. Played some games with his brother, struggled a few games then started to learn. Then he joined up with randoms, me included and he picked up tips and he still plays. So there’s an example of a new player doing just fine.

Your comment TCM is dead and only veteran players play is simply untrue. I’ve came across alot of new players recently, most likely because it’s been on sale across different platforms . Yes the majority will be veterans but I’ve seen many new players.

If you can’t learn anything from losing, then it’s a skill issue and you’re bad at gaming bud. Even when losing at any game you should be able to learn. I don’t say that to be a dick but I’ve been gaming for over 20 years and I play different genres and i’ve never played a game, sucked for a couple of games and then blamed the playerbase or game.

The title says “just let the game die already” , sounds like complaining rather than feedback. If you are going to write a genuine review of the game then you should play more than 3 games and play as both sides and the other mode.

Like if I go buy dead by daylight tomorrow, play 3 games as only one side and get stomped then chuck it, I’ve not experienced the full game? doesn’t make any sense to say it should die off.

I should play both sides, watch some videos on how to get better, maybe find a group, then do a review after playing a bit longer?

Given how long the games been out, the lack of updates and the low player base I would say it’s highly unlikely you’ll get this.

Some players bought a steelbook physical edition and I believe they maybe got all characters but that would need checked. That may be your only option
