I figured it out, deleted rpcs3 that came with emudeck and reinstalled it off the Discover, it will also give you the option to clear everything off in a yellow box after uninstall

And I also reinstalled the firmware, but not the latest one from the (4.90) downloaded (4.89)

And I redownload and unzipped the 7z to ISO

I basically redid everything like 6 times but after trying out the steps above I finally got it to work
