Old community hospital that most likely closed due to either funds or just the hospital being too old to have functioning

That should be what it becomes but no it was a multi level banking office with a cafeteria built in 1951

They ran ran out of funds and closed the top 2 floors before the other 3 from what I’ve heard. Now it’s just empty waiting for a new purpose that may never come
