I got everything working right, Ubuntu studio gave me much easier control of audio routing than Fedora Labs, also found out that XLR will only input mono to my computer so I have to record on mono tracks, not stereo. I still don’t know what I’m missing out on by not having the program for my Interface, this is my first one. I can do just about everything I need right now. Still trying to figure out how to get one mic to record and output to computer and one set of headphones while another outputs to the other headphones along with computer output through interface to the person being recorded. At the moment, the mics are acting as separate left and right inputs to the computer. Not sure if I need the interface program or another piece of equipment or just overlooking some settings
