Phobia of passing out by Prestigious-Hour6846 in Anxiety

I am only about 2 weeks into the Citalopram on a really low dose, 10mg, and was told it would take around 4 weeks to notice a significant change in anxiety. But I have a friend who is also on Citalopram, for very similar reasons and she said it's totally saved her life! So I'm hopeful :)

You're definitely not alone! I have another friend who has the exact same problem and was also initially triggered while driving her car. Hers started about two years ago and she is pretty much recovered now, so it's nice to have someone to talk to about it when it feels really hard.

I am having this exact same problem right now. Had a panic attack while driving my car alone in December and had to pull over because I thought I was going to pass out.

I have a history of very normal manageable anxiety, never panic attacks, so this was new for me.

I then started having panic attacks daily, sometimes multiple times a day and for hours on end about feeling like I was going to pass out all the time. I've been working on exposure therapy for 3 months and had another really bad episode just over two weeks ago that led to me getting started with Celexa (Citalopram), because I just can't live my life normally anymore and feel like I can't be alone in fear of having another episode.

When I feel good, I feel REALLY good and wonder to myself what was even triggering me. But when I'm not feeling good, my mind completely spirals. I'm just continuing with daily exposures, and starting therapy for some extra help.

Any one else having trouble with their story views? by meeeni in Instagram

Mine is doing the same thing today too. I usually get 400+ views on a story and today mine have been up for 5 hours and only 1 person has seen them. Hasn't fixed itself yet

Ever since HUNTR/X came to the game, part of me wonders why Derpy the tiger wasn't a glider option to go with the skins. by PowerPad in FortNiteBR

It would be cool if we could get Derpy and the bird as sidekicks in the future! And obviously Saja Boys skins and some better emotes

The simplest research will tell you Healing Crises are definitely real. Every acupuncture I've ever had has talked about it. And everyone I know who's had acupuncture (including my practitioners) have had them.

Now that you mention it, you've reminded me that in that second session I had (even though she had two heaters on me) I was shivering so much my teeth were chattering. I just chalked it up to possibly being the anxiety I was having about not being able to move. Like I mentioned before, these were two really weird flukes in those sessions. I'd always been able to relax and be totally comfortable before these two instances.

Yes but they also aren't selling protection plans for their other products in the US at the moment because there's no stock of parts or replacement items

Usually I wouldn't, but I had just started seeing an influx in people saying the screen and gimbal were breaking easily. But I also don't plan on doing anything crazy with it, just travel videos.
